Beefy and Lamby found men or women who possess true heroic qualities from selflessness to courage, or who have achieved outstanding triumphs.
These heroes have been rewarded for their contribution to your community. They have been chosen and crowned as St. George's Heroes, receiving the recognition they deserve and a Beefy Bursary of £2,000 as a reward for their heroic acts.
By recognising and nominating a hero, the lucky colleagues and friends have won a two-night luxury break for two people including tickets to an English medieval banquet.
